We talk English. Almost no official guides are native speakers, and many unofficial ones struggle for words. We use only native speakers who can explain stuff to you in language you can understand.
We know our stuff. Guides are required to be completely fluent in the local language and to have an intimate and detailed knowledge of their subject. They receive assessment and training to assure your complete satisfaction.
We are interactive. If something or someone takes your interest, we'll make the necessary introductions and help you figure out what's going on. If your party is tired or, alternatively, raring to go, we'll adapt the programme to suit.
We hate herds. Most other tour operators will send you out with as many other people as they can find, because they value their profits over your enjoyment. With us, your walking group consists of the people you've booked for. So you won't have to follow silly flags or umbrellas or wear Madonna headsets.
We use public transport. Not using "luxury" tour buses and chauffeurs means a cheaper trip for you, less pressure on the environment, and the chance to meet babes-in-arms, goat smugglers and extraordinarily talkative grandads.
